Job Description

Seeking an OD for maternity leave November 16-Jan 31. We are looking for a fill in between 2-3 days/week with a very flexible schedule! We are open Monday-Saturday, with weekday hours 10-6 (Monday and Fridays until 6:30), and Saturday 9:30-4:30. We are located inside the Chandler Costco and focus mainly on routine eye exams for glasses and contacts, and primary eye care, averaging about 12-14 patients a day.
