St Paul Eye Clinic is actively recruiting optometrists to ensure we meet the needs of our patients.

Established in 1969, SPEC is an independent practice currently comprised of 15 Ophthalmologists, 4
Optometrists & provides a full range of eye care including cataract surgery, pediatrics, glaucoma, cornea,
LASIK, oculoplastics and retina. Our practice is growing and we would like a larger team of providers to
fully meet the needs of our patients.

·        You will be supported by dedicated ophthalmic & contact lens technicians ensuring you
do what you do best, seeing & diagnosing patients. This means you will have support staff
assisting in workups, refractions and contact lens fittings. Also know we have the flexibility
that if you would like to do some of these things on your own you can.
·        You will independently manage a wide variety of patients & ocular conditions while
having direct access to our subspecialists. You also have the opportunity to potentially
develop specialized clinics if there is a certain interest within eyecare that you have.

Our optometrists also benefit from a generous compensation system & their earnings are in the top 15-
20% of all optometrists in the Twin Cities metro area. Other benefits include health and dental insurance
as well as retirement plan benefits.
