Eye Care for Montrose is an independent optometry office, located inside a Walmart. We practice full-scope optometry, with an OptoMap, and have wonderful relationships with the local PCPs. We are semi-rural but with many amenities of a city.

Hours: Mon, Tu, Thurs, Fri: 8:30am-5:00pm; Wed: 9am-6pm
Lunch 1-2pm. We are not open on the weekends.

Montrose is a great place to live as a single person, as I was when I first graduated and moved here from the East Coast. It’s also a great place to raise a family, as I’m doing right now. Montrose is within 1.5 hours of 3 different ski resorts, and there are tons of opportunities just outside (and inside) city limits for outdoorsy activities, such as hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, and more!

I (Dr. Joanna Daly) am a 2012 graduate from SUNY. Our location has 3 exam lanes, but one has been converted into an office. I am seeking to hire an OD for either part-time or full-time employment. I currently have an OD working for me 2 days a week, but she is retiring soon. Our town is growing, so our office could support a full-time OD, but if a part-time schedule is what you are after, that can also be accommodated.
