Job Description

Full time Optometrist for WaveFront EyeCare & Optical

1st year salary: $100,000.00, starting annual salary

An increase of $5,000.00 per subsequent year (cap out at $200.000.00 annual salary)

Supplemental pay types:
 Bonus pay
 Commission pay

Benefits:
Bonus built-in for optical and contact lens department production

One week (5 days) PTO after one year completion. An increase of 1 day PTO per subsequent year. There’s
no cap out of PTO.
401K, IRA, credentialing, CE, Licenses renewal.

Office hours:     Tuesday to Saturday, from 9am to 6pm
Office is closed on major holidays

Schedule:
 8 hour shift
 Day shift
 Weekend availability
