Job Description

Associate Optometrist – Independent practice inside Costco – Full-time/Part-time

Our 14-year established practice inside the Mesa Costco is seeking an Arizona licensed optometrist to join our friendly team of 4 full-time doctors. Our 3-lane office uses the Marco TRS refracting system, Optos Daytona Plus, Topcon Maestro 2, Crystal PM EHR and has 4 dedicated staff to pretest the patients and assist the doctors. We offer a competitive W-2 salary, production-based bonus, paid liability insurance, paid state license, CE reimbursement, paid time off and medical/dental insurance.

Our patient demographic in Mesa, Arizona is family and retirement based, with seasonal visitors from the northwestern and midwestern states as well as Canada visiting us for their comprehensive eyecare needs.  We pride ourselves on efficient service that provides accurate and comfortable glasses and contact lens prescriptions for patients aged 5 to 100+. Patients return year after year to visit our experienced doctors and support staff, many of which have been with the practice for more than 5 years.

Office Hours

  • Monday-Friday 10am – 6:30pm
  • Saturday 9:30am – 4:30pm
  • Closed on Sunday

Compensation and Benefits

We reward our doctors with competitive per diem W-2 salaries starting at $130,000 for full-time ($500 per diem, 5 days per week), flexible scheduling, as well as benefits including:
