Job Description

$100,000 immediate sign on bonus
$150,000 base annual salary
16% productivity bonus
Paid licensure, PTO, malpractice, CE etc etc.
Northwest Eyecare is a 5 location private practice in Northern Illinois (Freeport and surrounding areas), which is headquartered 90mins west of Chicago. 8-5 Monday-Friday only, NO WEEKENDS. Medical-optical hybrid business model that utilizes full scope of your license. We have all the latest technology (Optos, OCT etc, and great tech involvement) and looking to expand our dry eye clinic capabilities very soon. Average daily patient load of 16-20 patients.
