What you’ll do:
As a member of the Wake Forest Eye Care Center team, you’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other skilled Optometrists to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages. In this role, you’ll be responsible for treating non-surgical ocular diseases and fitting all types of spectacle and specialty contact lenses. Drawing on your expertise in general optometry, you’ll also have the chance to explore additional specialties and cutting-edge techniques to advance patient care.

A dynamic doctor eager to grow with the practice and support ongoing business expansion will be an asset to the team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills and a passion for providing exceptional care to patients of all ages and visual diagnoses, focusing on ensuring the clearest vision possible. As a valued member of the team, you’ll play an integral role in driving the growth and success of the practice. The business operates from Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays, providing flexibility and work-life balance. You can choose to work either part-time or full-time, depending on your personal and professional goals.
You’ll be rewarded with the following:
- Compensation packages start with a solid base salary of between $143,000 and $160,000 annually, plus commission/performance bonuses
- 401K packages with 4% matching
- Three weeks of paid time off
- Seven paid holidays
- Uniform allowance
- AOA, Eastern District dues paid
- All practice-related insurance paid
Minimum Qualifications:
- Optometry license in the state of North Carolina
