Dr. Toan Nguyen was born and raised in Kansas where he practiced optometry for four years before finally joining his wife, Dr. Julie Phan, in sunny southern California. It was always their dream to own and operate a private optometry practice ever since they were both in optometry school. Their goal is to build a practice focused on delivering patient-centric care with an emphasis on exceptional individualized service. In the spring of 2017, they opened the doors to San Marino Optometry. Located in the beautiful city of San Marino, CA, San Marino Optometry focuses on eye care excellence in a modern clinic setting. The doctors focuses their speciality on on dry eye therapy, specialty contact lenses and myopia control, and high fashion eye-wear.

Qualifications

A Doctor of Optometry licensed in this state (new and recent grads are also welcome to apply)
Excited by a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment

Up to date exam equipment technology with digital lanes and EMR

Responsibilities

Perform excellent comprehensive eye exams in accordance with the company’s protocol and standards of care
Provide a great eye exam experience and communicate eye health, eyewear, and prescription advice to patients
Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to patients
Act as a representative for our brand and help educate and excite others to establish us as a leading eye care provider
